Seed cycling is the practice of eating specific seeds during specific phases of your menstrual cycle to support estrogen and progesterone balance.

How to Apply It?

  • Follicular Phase (Days 1-14): To support estrogen, 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds and 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds daily.
  • Luteal Phase (Days 15-28): To support progesterone, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 tbsp sunflower seeds daily.
